Acceptance of terms
By creating or maintaining a business profile on Infogeni, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we provide
Infogeni provides a hosted, shareable business profile page — including a custom link, QR code, and contact buttons — for the duration of your active subscription plan.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for keeping your contact details up to date. Profiles must represent a real, legitimate business.
Payment & subscription
Plans are billed for the period selected at signup (1, 3, or 12 months). Profiles become inactive if not renewed before expiry, and can be reactivated by renewing through our team.
Prohibited use
You may not use Infogeni to publish false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content, or to impersonate another business or individual.
Termination
We may suspend or remove a profile that violates these terms or contains inaccurate/fraudulent information, with notice where reasonably possible.
Limitation of liability
Infogeni is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your profile after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
